Jeffrey David Wells, PE, SE, LEED AP
Jeff graduated first in his engineering class at Kansas State University. He became a partner at Pellham-Phillips-Hagerman in 1995. Jeff has 23 years of experience as a structural engineer, project manager, principal-in-charge, and managing partner in an A/E firm. In 2003, he formed the consulting firm, Wells & Scaletty, LLC. Wells is one of fifteen people living in Missouri licensed both as an engineer and an architect.
